Par contre mon versement a bien été débité et n'a pas été remboursé. Et évidemment impossible de joindre le service client (que ce soit par téléphone, mail ou site internet) ! Merci pour avoir procédé au remboursement.C'est dommage d'avoir du échanger via les avis Google... Je relève ma note. Je propose une alerte sur le site internet à la commande qui permettrait d'éviter des commandes non recevables. No customer service. Tweede maal was de kader er gewoon niet bij. Als ik hen erop aanspreek is de reactie dat ik het te laat gecontroleerd heb. ( ik had het inderdaad laten staan tot wanneer ik het nodig had (25 dagen), in de veronderstelling dat alles in orde was) Bij een professionele zaak zou de bekommernis moeten zijn dat het niet volledig geleverd was bij Pierre et Sol is de bekommernis hoeveel kunnen we hier aan verdienen. Het lag aan iedereen behalve aan henzelf. Eerst was het de transporteur, dan hadden wij het zelf gedaan nochtans is aan de verpakking te zien dat ze onderweg niet geopend is geweest en wij hebben nu een vloer zonder vloerkader. Hoe duidelijk kan het zijn!! Dikke nul deze zaak, ik had beter de reviews gelezen! scammers!! Ordered a floor frame with floor mat twice. The first time the frame was damaged, I left it that way.
