★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I second all the previous reviews - Charlielie is an excellent, friendly and very competent + knowledgeable physiotherapist. He helped me to recover from a sport-related injury, was very responsive to my needs, adapted the exercises accordingly and was always ready to answer my questions. I can wholeheartedly recommend their services:)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thomas is a very friendly, easy-going, flexible and competent physiotherapist. Operating from a neat and beautiful practice that is very easy to reach, he uses efficient ways of communicating (exercises via a very user-friendly platform, quick replies via text messages, ...) and gives the space to ask questions. Would definitely recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I needed revalidation/physio after I fractured my elbow in a biking accident, and was recommended to go to PhysioBxl. Thomas did not only help me out very professionally, but his sportive mindset gave me the stimulus I needed to exercise at home as well and accelerating my recovery.
A very positive mentality all together, and I can totally recommend this practice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to PhysioBxl for a calf injury caused when I was skiiing. I found Thomas' approach excellent. He's very professional and enthusiastic and takes the time to give explanations about the way the body works. He also gave me a lot of good advice about exercising in general, which is very useful. He kept up contact during the confinement period and after every session I received an email with a link to a platform with the exercises we had covered, and more besides. This was useful for remembering what we had done during the sessions. I would definitely recommend him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to PhysioBxl to recover my shoulder after a bad accident.
my mobility was really bad and I was quite in pain and after my session I recovered almost all the mobility and I feel much stronger to have a normal life.
my sessions were with Thomas, I have also appreciated the advices and the detailed explanations to understand my injury and my recovery. Plus, from the begining I got motivated to feel much better and to be able to work out again as before my accident.
I recommend it with no doubts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to PhysioBxl for recovery after a shoulder dislocation (first time). After having 18 session for the rehabilitation with Charlélie, I am very satisfied with the service. I have regained mobility in my shoulder.
I liked the fact that little details were explained to better understand the severity of the injury and the importance of the exercises that were recommended.
All this was done in a fun an friendly manner which made this process easier and made me stay motivated.
Happy to recommend PhysioBxl to anyone who's looking for physiotherapy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Short:
Although Thomas seems professional, I didn't feel treated fairly.
The team does not have the same education and certificates, so they cannot provide the same tools to work on the patients
Complete:
I have an injury on my lower back.
So I scheduled an appointment by phone with Thomas a few weeks in advance, to only find out one day before that I was going to have my appointment with another college. Thomas explained that they work with the same methodology, so I was fine.
I have been training for a long time, so I kind of know my injures and I was already doing some physiotherapy on my own.
During the appointment the physiotherapist was friendly and had a look shortly at my back, however we spent most of the time talking about the injury and how I was already treating by myself. Normally that would be fine, but there was no new information about it, and they recommended to keep doing what I was already doing, nothing else.
I showed them also that I had been doing some "self adjustment" that it was helping, but my intention was to go there to be "adjusted", as Thomas is certified and that would be much more effective. (Manual therapy as it is described on the website)
To my surprise the professional was "just" a physio (I am not sure about other qualifications), and could not help me other than physio exercises and massage.
I was fully charged, 42 euros for the first session. The consecutives are 28 euros (if I am not mistaken).
my main complaints are:
- I did not know I was going to be treated with someone else, I spoke directly with Thomas to schedule the appointment, I feel this should be made very clear.
- Allegedly, they work the same methodology, but they don't have the same education and certificates
- After the appointment, I had no new information about my injury, no new recommendations and the treatment I was hoping to have access to (e.g. manual therapy) was not possible.
