Les prix sont honnêtes pour ce qu'ils vendent. J'ai commandé un fond de studio le 23 septembre, nous sommes le 10 novembre et je ne l'ai toujours pas reçu. J'essaie, avec beaucoup de mal, d'avoir des informations sur ma livraison mais on me balade de semaine en semaine. Dans mon dernier mail j'écris mon mécontentement et demande un remboursement de mon produit. Et là... on essaye même pas de satisfaire le client ou quoique ce soit, on m'écrit juste que le remboursement arrivera dans les 5 à 10 jours ouvrables ... Tout simplement scandaleux... S'adresser à des professionnels et ne pas l'être soi même ... Tout un shooting de 2 jours tombe à l'eau à cause de cette commande non reçue et pourtant passée bien à l'avance ...
