Un studio relativement sale à l'entrée des lieux, un quartier bruyant et désagréable, une isolation entre les logements mal conçue, un excès de chauffage en plein été ne pouvant être réglé depuis le logement même, un dépôt de garantie rendu avec retard... Bref, j'ai vraiment passé un mauvais séjour. Je ne recommande donc pas. Le seul point positif : l'agent en charge des logements qui s'est montré disponible.

Vraiment avoir une mauvaise expérience. Temps de réponse super long. Imaginez que vous deviez attendre 1 à 2 mois pour que votre évier soit réparé. Alors qu'ils facturent toujours des trucs supplémentaires très rapidement à la fin. Les frais facturés par eux sont toujours beaucoup plus élevés que le coût standard du marché, donc si vous le pouvez, évitez-les ! Vous devriez trouver une entreprise bien meilleure transparente. Mais j'ai bien peur que ce soit un peu difficile car la Belgique est toujours au top du mauvais service client dans le monde.
Really having a bad experience. Super long response time. Imagine having to wait 1-2 months for your sink to be repaired. While they always charge extra stuff very quickly at the end. The fees charged by them are always much higher than the standard market cost, so if you can, avoid them! You should find a much better transparent company. But I'm afraid it will be a bit difficult because Belgium is always at the top of bad customer service in the world.

haven't received my deposit back yet. 7 months and counting. Later edit: received it after 7-8 months, after a lot of reminders sent.

I work for a company that rents 2 entire floors in a building owned and managed by Phicap sprl. We have 1 month left of rent before the building is destroyed... Maintenance is down to 0, heating system has been cut while it is freezing outside and we still have a few people who have to come to the office... Response time is ridiculously long and we still pay rent + charges...What service is this?

I am waiting since October 2019 to get back a 200 euro deposit for a parking spot in Rue Belliard 159. They keep postponing. They are either lying or they have zero control on the owner - either way they are unprofessional and slow. They may be polite when you communicate with them, but that does not change the situation. Later edit: we received our deposit back after aprox. 6 months

DON'T! DON'T! DON'T! Worst experience ever in Brussels with this company! Don't even dream of receiving back your guarantee deposit... they kept postponing us since October last year (so 8 months already) saying next week, next week, next week. They keep saying they are busy, finance department is checking, but still...no refund yet and no real explanation! Super scammers...
