β β β β β In september 2019 beloven ze ons een offerte te bezorgen voor een totaalrenovatie. Daarnaast zijn ze enorm enthousiast over ons project. Na lang wachten op de stabiliteitsplannen stuur ik deze door naar Phenix Group. Na zeer lang aandringen versturen ze eindelijk een offerte. Deze offerte omvat slechts de helft van de gevraagde werken!! Dit terwijl ze ons maanden voordien een volledige offerte beloofde. Daarnaast was de offerte verschrikkelijk duur!
In September 2019 they promise to send us a quote for a total renovation. In addition, they are very enthusiastic about our project. After a long wait for the stability plans, I forward them to Phenix Group. After a long push, they finally send a quote. This offer includes only half of the requested works !! This while she promised us a full quote months before. In addition, the quote was terribly expensive!
