★ ★ ★ ★ ★ beloven dat ze in de meeste gevallen de producten de volgende dag gaan leveren maar kunnen dit meestal niet na komen.
als alles binnen is verloopt dit meestal heel vlot.
heb al verschillende keren standaard mail gekregen dat de leverdatum uitzonderlijk is opgeschoven (ondertussen niet zo uitzonderlijk voor mij als je dit veel tegenkomt)
de prijs is idd wel lager dan ergens anders waardoor wij hier toch blijven bestellen maar enkel de dingen die niet dringend zijn.
mijn laatste bestelling is ondertussen 11dagen!!! onderweg
heb ondertussen online gechat met medewerker (direct antwoord gekregen) blijkt dat er een gratis staaltje uit was gehaald omdat dit niet voorradig is en vitaminen voor mijn dochter (zit ondertussen zonder had beter naar de apotheek geweest) mijn pakje moet ondertussen nog ingepakt en verzonden worden.
mijn advies is alles in voorraad dan kan je je eraan wagen
ander alleen bestellen wat niet dringend is
 promise that in most cases they will deliver the products the next day but usually can not.
if everything is inside, this usually goes very smoothly.
have received standard mail several times that the delivery date has moved up (in the meantime not so exceptional for me if you encounter this a lot)
the price is idd lower than anywhere else so we still order here but only the things that are not urgent.
my last order is now 11days !!! on the way
have in the meantime chatted online with employee (direct response received) shows that a free sample was taken out because this is not available and vitamins for my daughter (is now without better had been to the pharmacy) my package must in the meantime be packed and shipped .
my advice is everything in stock then you can venture
another only order what is not urgent

Le lendemain, je reçois un mail m'indiquant qu'il y a un souci de stock avec le fournisseur, que j'aurais bientôt des nouvelles. 24h plus tard, toujours rien. 6 jours plus tard, toujours pas de nouvelles, tout ce que j'ai gagné : perdre mon temps !!
When I order 3 boxes of milk, the site indicates that it is still in stock. The next day, I receive an email indicating that there is a stock problem with the supplier, that I will soon have news. 24h later, still nothing. 6 days later, still no news, all I won: waste my time !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zondagnamiddag besteld en vandaag (dinsdag) pakketje ontvangen. netjes!
Gisteren een mail gestuurd met de vraag of ze me konden zeggen wanneer mijn pakket geleverd zou worden omdat ik geen vooruitgang zag in de status van mijn bestelling. Daarnet (na het ontvangen van mijn pakketje) een antwoord ontvangen met de melding dat het product niet op voorraad is en of ik akkoord ga met een terugbetaling.... Grappige anekdote of schrijnend tekort aan kennis van de medewerker?
Ordered Sunday afternoon and received today (Tuesday) package. decently!
Yesterday sent an email asking if they could tell me when my package would be delivered because I saw no progress in the status of my order. Just now (after receiving my package) received a reply with the message that the product is not in stock and if I agree with a refund .... Funny anecdote or distressing lack of knowledge of the employee?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ totally unreliable. I spent sixty-five pounds and it has disappeared. I placed an order which clearly showed the delivery address and of which I have a copy and now they claim that they didn't have the address and although they admit receiving the money they are refusing to refund it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The telephone number is never able to call in so called the customer service, they just did nothing for customers.I ordered in Dec12 ,they have not delivered for 4months and refused to deliver again without refunding the whole purchasing cost of the milk powder,my account is still empty, no money at all.It is not my fault bcs,I have sent the correct address in English and in Chinese both,why not deal with the parcel till now? it is unbelievable that they decide to deduct the delivery fee $39 without doing any transferring to overseas even then nothing returning back after they responsed. They just ignore to settle problems then make me waiting for so long time.They dont care about the customes.Anyway, the infant child cant wait for 4 months.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst experiences buying online. I'm completely disappointed by their customer service and delivery service. After over 3 weeks of waiting and asking them to find out what is going on with my package, they ignored my emails (answering after 4 days) and they did not send my money back.
Delivery to the US was supposed to take 6 working days, not 3 weeks and they are still investigating... They refuse to refund the money until the "investigation" is over.
Will never buy from this seller again!
l.e. And I do believe that Ekomi reviews (942 w/ 5 stars) are a scam! They ask for Pdf file w/ all the details of the transaction. What customer would do that? Farmaline has other ratings listed for their site 2,052 positive reviews... and I can't seem to find a way to post my review there.
