★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik vind super belangrijk om een goede apotheker in de buurt te hebben. Ik ga daar voor alles en nog wat :medicatie, vitamine, huidverzorging, advies etc.
Laatst ging ik daar voor een advies ivm een medicijn (die ik bij haar haalde een paar dagen eerder) en ik moest mezelf kalmeren van haar..?.. ik was super rustig en kwam voor een advies...ik vond haar echt onvriendelijk, ik ga niet meer terug.

Recently I went there for an advice about a medicine (which I got from her a few days earlier) and I had to calm myself down from her ... I was super calm and came for an advice ... I found her really unfriendly I'm not going back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Geen persoonlijk contact, geen half woord teveel gezegd, het voorschrift werd niet op het doosje geschreven, geen goeiedag, geen dankuwel... Gewoonweg onaangenaam.
No personal contact, not half a word too much said, the prescription was not written on the box, no hello, no thank you... Just unpleasant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La pharmacienne peut être extrêmement mal lunée certains jours, c‘est dommage car on va à la pharmacie pour ACHETER un médicament par pour le mendier… À une époque où la concurrence est rude pour les pharmacies, tant mieux si un tel accueil est encore rentable. C’était ma pharmacie de quartier mais plus envie d‘y mettre les pieds, je préfère faire quelques mètres de plus et profiter d‘un sourire même si je dois payer plus cher ailleurs…
The pharmacist can be extremely unhappy some days, it's a shame because we go to the pharmacy to BUY a medicine not to beg for it... At a time when competition is tough for pharmacies, so much the better if such a reception is still profitable . It used to be my neighborhood pharmacy but I don't want to set foot there anymore, I prefer to walk a few more meters and enjoy a smile even if I have to pay more elsewhere...
