★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was glad to find this place: owner has been in the business a long while and is into customer service. Has good English, which was important for me. Skilled, quick, efficient, well traveled, good conversationalist (but not so chatty you want to flee). So: cosmopolitan, skilled and friendly. I haven't bothered to look beyond this 'kapsalon'.
