★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Via mijn lokale dealer naar deze hoofddealer doorgestuurd. Snel een afspraak, fijn onthaal, leuke wachtruimte, vlotte service. Had alleen enkele vraagje ivm mijn factuur. Dus bleef een beetje met een wrang gevoel zitten.
Groot was mijn verbazing toen ik enkele dagen later opgebeld werd door Katy om te vragen of ik tevreden was. Zo kon ik onmiddellijk mijn aan- en opmerkingen kwijt over de factuur. Katy nam er kennis van, volgde het op, nam terug contact op met mij om me te informeren en ze bleef het dossiertje opvolgen tot einde afhandeling. Dit had ik nog nooit meegemaakt. Dus een heel dikke pluim voor Katy. Misschien een voorbeeld voor anderen. Na betaling van de factuur is het dikwijls nog niet afgehandeld. Bedankt Katy.
 Forwarded to this main dealer through my local dealer. An appointment quickly, a nice welcome, nice waiting area, smooth service. Just had a few questions about my bill. So I was left with a bit of a wry feeling.
I was very surprised when Katy called me a few days later to ask if I was satisfied. This way I was able to immediately post my requests and comments about the invoice. Katy took note, followed up on it, contacted me again to inform me and she continued to follow up on the file until the end of the settlement. I had never experienced this. So a big kudos to Katy. Maybe an example for others. After payment of the invoice, it is often not yet settled. Thanks Katy.
