★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wij kochten onze woning aan via perspectief vastgoed. Omdat de ervaring die we hiermee hadden zo goed was, besloten we onze woning ook via hen te verkopen, die ervaring was eerder dubbel.
Proactief communiceren bij de verkoop zou wel iets vlotter gemogen hebben, ik had het gevoel steeds druk te moeten zetten. Anderzijds mocht ik hen wel altijd bellen met vragen, zelf ’s avonds en in het weekend was geen vraag hen teveel. Ze bleven immer vriendelijk en positief. Ik blijf dus met een dubbel gevoel zitten.
We bought our house through perspective real estate. Because the experience we had with this was so good, we decided to sell our house through them as well, that experience was rather double.
Proactive communication during sales could have been a bit smoother, I had the feeling that I had to keep putting pressure. On the other hand, I was always allowed to call them with questions, even in the evenings and during the weekend, no question was too much for them. They were always friendly and positive. So I am left with mixed feelings.
