★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vriendelijke ontvangst, was met een bongobon. Goede uitleg gehad en mochten onze elektrische fietsen gratis stallen en opladen in een propere ruimte. De bediening bij het eten was zeer goed en zeer vriendelijk. Zeker on nog eens terug te gaan.
 Friendly welcome, was with a bongo voucher. We had a good explanation and were allowed to store and charge our electric bicycles for free in a clean room. The food service was very good and very friendly. Definitely going back again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We belden voor reservatie en er was nog een kamer beschikbaar. Tot de arrogante uitbater vernam dat het via een Bongobon zou worden geboekt. Plots was er geen kamer meer en beet de uitbater ons op een zeer bitsige toon toe dat we niet bij hem konden boeken ! Hij gooide zelfs de telefoon toe tijdens (een poging) tot gesprek. Hij zou enkele lessen beleefdheid en klantvriendelijkheid echt kunnen gebruiken : Daar gaan wij nooit maar dan ook nooit boeken !
We called for reservation and there was still a room available. Until the arrogant manager learned that it would be booked via a Bongobon. Suddenly there was no room left and the manager bit us in a very bitter tone that we could not book with him! He even threw the phone during (an attempted) conversation. He could really use a few lessons of courtesy and customer-friendliness: We will never, ever book there!

Bijbetalen (€15 pp) om aan de ontbijttafel in de zaal te ontbijten.
Anders ontbijt in de kleine kamer.
Alles is aan vernieuwing toe!!!
Very small room with bongo or Wonderbox.
Pay extra (€15 pp) to have breakfast at the breakfast table in the hall.
Otherwise breakfast in the small room.
Everything is up for renewal!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Somewhat old building but with all the modern comfort. Good location at a 30 minutes walk to the center of Knokke.
A good price/quality rate, especially since, to us, a hotel room is just a place to shower and sleep as we are out all day.
Positive points:
* Quiet location
* Very good breakfast (served at the table due to the actual circumstances but you can always ask for more), including fresh juice and fruit
* Friendly staff
* Cheap minibar (also handy to cool your own water)
To consider:
* Single glass windows
* Mattresses might be too soft for some people

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paul's Hotel was a terrific hotel in Knokke-Heist, we really felt welcome and enjoyed our stay. Its in walking distance to the beach and about 30 minutes from the city centre on foot. The room was spacious (I booked the family room), a bit old, but I thought that made it more homey.
