★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Très bonne boulangerie juste déception ou j'avais payé pour x croissants et yen avait moins dans la sac. La personne se trompait souvent... et j'ai cessé d'y aller. Je préfère la boulangerie beeckmans qui n'est pas loin à quelques rues parallèles...
 Very good bakery just disappointment where I had paid for x croissants and yen had less in the bag. The person was often wrong ... and I stopped going. I prefer the Beeckmans bakery which is not far a few parallel streets ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Une bonne boulangerie-pâtisserie à Ganshoren, qualité rien à dire, juste un peu cher mais voilà, par contre pour avoir un "bonjour" c'est plus difficile, allez ! un petit effort mesdames ! ;-)
A good bakery and pastry shop in Ganshoren, quality nothing to say, just a little expensive but there you go, on the other hand to have a "hello" it's more difficult, come on! a little effort ladies! ;-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tout est fait sur place selon l'épouse du patron boulanger et je veux bien le croire.
Pains,viennoiseries, pâtisseries...tout est excellent.
Et leur bûche de Noël Ghana ...ce fût une tuerie.
Ne manquez pas leur rosace aux pommes et leurs éclairs.
Everything is made on site according to the wife of the baker's boss and I can believe it.
Breads, pastries, pastries ... everything is excellent.
And their Ghana Yule log ... it was a killing.
Don't miss their apple rosette and éclairs.

Very very good ! Not cheap but really good, beware it goes quickly! Example two individual pastry 7euros.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This artisan bakery is pure bliss! Their mille-feuille is to die for. Every Saturday, they release a mouth-watering limited edition. I have already tried king cakes from various bakeries but I always go back to theirs. Their pastry is light and not overly sweet. It just hits the right spot. Their yule logs are a delight as well. The reason why I am only giving 4 stars instead of 5, is because their Black Forest cake does not contain any cherries. And that is really disappointing, because a Black Forest cake without cherries is simply not a Black Forest cake.
