I'm not coming anymore

Dus was terug gegaan en de meneer zei dat hun er niks aan kunnen doen, daarna kreeg ik een mail met het excuses en die wouden zo gezegd de geld terug geven, ben terug gegaan om te zeggen dat geld niet belangrijk is maar het behandelen en gedrag en vriendelijkheid is belangrijk. Maar de mensen waren nog meer onbeleefd en boos voor mijn reactie en die zeiden dat hun niks gaan doen zelfs geen excuses. Dat vind ik vies zo gedrag je niet met klanten echt slechte bakker. I had been given a cake with very poor quality and taste. So went back and the gentleman said they can't do anything about it, then I got an email with an apology and they wanted to give the money back, so to speak, I went back to say that money is not important but the treatment and behavior and kindness is important. But the people were even more rude and angry for my reaction and they said they are not going to do anything, not even an apology. I think that's dirty, you don't behave like that with customers, really bad baker.
