★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 8 mnd levertijdi.p.v de 3mnd die ze zeiden na die tijd kussens niet in orde we zaten op het ijzer, kussen na 3 mnd nog niet gerapareerd andere kussens zakken ook door, we konden de bank retour geven in de woonwinkel waar we hem gekocht hadden , dank aan de woonwinkel
De service bij hun zelf is waardeloos
8 months delivery time instead of the 3 months they said after that time cushions are not in order we sat on the iron, pillow not yet repaired after 3 months other cushions also sagging, we were able to return the sofa to the furniture store where we bought it thanks to the home store
Their service is worthless

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Long delivery time of 16 weeks, this was delayed to 20 weeks after 20 weeks it was not delivered. I was told 24 weeks. It has now been 24 weeks (6 months!!) and there is still no sign of the sofa. Rude customer service. Unwilling to help. Make promises for delivery they do not keep and give no explanation. DO NOT ORDER WITH THIS COMPANY

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst company I have ever bought something from. We are now waiting 6 month for our couch. They literally told the store here in Germany that they don't care because enough people would buy their products. First they updated the delivery from 9 weeks to 15 weeks. Then they made a mistake in the production and produced the couch-corner upside down. Then they told us it would take another 15 weeks to re-produce it. Then they added another 4 weeks to it. It is a total disaster and we can't do anything about it. Worst customer service and product delivery I could ever imagine. BIG WARNING: Do not buy anything from Passe Partout!
