Résultat : énormément de vices cachés, isolation acoustique inexistante, dégâts des eaux depuis la terrasse, vices de construction. Graziella Mora étant une amie des anciens propriétaires m'ayant vendu l'apartement, difficile de croire qu'elle n'était pas au courant. De plus, ils ont tout fait pour vendre au prix fort. Je ne recommande pas d'acheter un bien via cette agence. I bought an apartment in 2020 through this real estate agency.
