★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 10 mal immer wieder gleiches Problem und 10 mal andere Person am Telefon die mir sagt das alles ok ist und trotzdem bekomme ich Mahnung zu zahlen, Sachen die ich nicht zu zahlen brauche. 8 Monate so. Nie wieder.
10 times again the same problem and 10 times other person on the phone tells me that everything is ok and still I get a reminder to pay, stuff I do not need to pay. 8 months like that. Never again.

Une dame (après 2 autres de ses collègues) m'a cependant aidé au téléphone pendant 20 minutes. Mais bon, j'attends de voir si la situation va pouvoir se débloquer...

Calling my agency redirects me to central Brussels.
A lady (after 2 others from her colleagues), however, helped me on the phone for 20 minutes. But hey, I'm waiting to see if the situation will be able to be unblocked ...
