★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The vismarkt (Fish Market) is a square just outside of Leuven's center. At the moment a parking lot surrounded by lots of interesting shops, bars, and great restaurants, it will soon be reconfigured into a proper car-free square.

So had pay every 2 hours by going there physically and extending the parking ticket.. Could be done in much user friendly and by making easy app
