★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slechte ervaring, verantwoordelijke schuift alles af op de klantendienst en zij kunnen/mogen geen oplossing aanreiken, dat noemen ze ‘er zich gemakkelijk van afmaken’! Absoluut niet klantvriendelijk, nemen geen verantwoordelijkheid op.
Poor experience, the responsible person shifts everything to customer service and they cannot / may not provide a solution, they call it "easy to get rid of"! Absolutely not customer-friendly, take no responsibility.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Onvriendelijke verkoopsters, doen hun werk met tegenzin. Zogezegd korting totdat je aan de kassa komt. De korting wordt dan op de klantenkaart gezet. Ergo : geen korting! Jammer want ze hebben zo’n leuke spullen...
Unfriendly saleswomen do their work reluctantly. Allegedly a discount until you arrive at the checkout. The discount is then placed on the customer card. Ergo: no discount! A shame because they have such nice stuff ...
