J'avais précisé l'heure à laquelle je viendrais et on m'avait assuré qu'il n'y avait aucun problème. Quand je suis arrivé aujourd'hui, la vendeuse m'a clairement dit qu'elle n'avait pas le temps car ça prenait 1h pour tout relier. Elle ne s'est pas excusée par rapport à mon coup de fil de la veille. Je suis donc allé autre part et en 10minutes tout est fait ! I called the day before to make sure that it was possible to have 7 files linked. Mais bon sang, quel accueil et quelle ambiance... Le service client serait à revoir pour faire de ce magasin la référence qu'elle était d'antan. Le client dérange et on le fait ressentir ! Déjà eu la même expérience deux fois il y a quelques années, j'ai retenté mais apparemment rien n'a changé. Dommage...
