For tourist: Panos is a food chain with average food quality. Their pastry are frozen products that are baked on spot, like in supermarkets. If you would like to eat some good pastries, you will have to find a real bakery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is stressfull. I had to wait in line for a few minutes to get a sandwich but the creed was wide. Well intentioned staff. The food was correct. We can find sandwich, pastry and hot beverage. The prices are very reasonable. Easy getting a table. Lived up to the expectations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is a long line so you would expect good service (as I had in a lot of other Panos shops). Nothing could be further from the truth: the staff is unfriendly to their customers and each other, they are short with their answers, the place is dirty, prepared sandwiches are almost thrown at the counter of the cashiers.
There was some liquid underneath a table. When I signalled this to the staff, I was instructed to tell it at the counter. And not in a nice way... A hint to the supervisor: train your employees some basic customer facing skills and train them to work as a team.
Sandwhiches are the same price/quality as with other shops. It's easy and quick...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mostly friendly, not the cleanest for those eating in but it's understandable as there are so many customers within Zuid station.
For people who like coffee with milk, try 'koffie verkeerd', it's really good!
