G	Gabriel Pavel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We rented 2 seats the same order for the tent 'vacancies soleil. At the reception they said the camping was full and we were given 2 places one far from the other. Around one of the places was free all the time (2 free seats). The sanitary facilities do not amount to 4 stars as well as the swimming pool. Too expensive for 4 stars
L	Lendert Van Haver on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid the Ottawa tent at all cost! They are relics from an other era. The cabinets are rusty, the floor is taped with duct tape ans the whole just looks very run down. I'm especially disgusted by the fact that at check-out, the lady asked if all was OK. Upon mentioning the state of the tent the answer was "we know". We were in the tent 162, and it has no shade at all. The swimming pool is a nice plus. Go to the bakery in Érezée, the bread is so much better than what you can buy at the camping or at Chez Marie. Also avoid the overpriced and way too cheesy pizzas, go to Peperoncino in Érezée, real Italians who serve great pizzas with a smile. Going to Érezée is a bit of a drive, but a very pleasant one to improve your driving skills :)
S	Svanlaug Snorradottir on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's ok. Their animation team is fun for the kids and the restaurant is nice. But the places for the tent are smaller than the 100m2 stated on their site. Our tent barely fits which takes away a pleasant sit in front of the tent. There were a number of mistakes on our reservation and the electricity wasn't working on the first day. Everything was fixed in the end, but it makes a less comfortable start of the vacation. I don't think I'd recommend this place to friends.
A	Annelien De Witte on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had to pay an additional 30 euros to stand next to each other so we could play together with 2 families and a dog each and an additional 35 euros reservation costs on top of the price on the website. We got a place next to each other, but there was a staircase with a path between them. Not at all as agreed by phone. We were not satisfied! Cars were also at our place on the arrival. No hygiene at this campsite and for covid-19 the measures are not respected by other campingguests.
R	Robin Schoonbeek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It seems they have a Very strict policy according the COVID-19 rules as mouthcaps mandatory on busy places and social distancing. Although the hygiene is very very bad. Showers and toilets are a disaster. Especially in these corona times a hazard to go to. No cleaning schedules, no desinfect for toilet seats. In the morning the cleaning team ( is there one?) still did not clean the facilities from the day before. (Its 09:00 when i got up) Service is of a low standard. They just not make to much effort to help. Reception is missing a lot of info of the surroundings. a positive note is the entertainment for kids, the pool (although the baby pool was missing and they build a bar) the playground is good and Food/drinks inside where average price wise. Dont order a cappuccino though. You’ll get no foam and a 200 degrees Americano with milk. It’s a nice place when they improve Some things. Definitely not a 4 star camping and they def need to reconsider there COVID 19 hygiene measures. Hopefully I can give more stars soon.
E	Elco Messelink on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very crowded camping with lots of noises from children. Swimming pool is small and always filled with people. The nature around the camping is very beautiful though, there are lots of forest filled hills and some nice viewing points in the area. There is also the possibility to go to small villages in the neighborhood and experience the culture. If you like a silent camping and don't have kids, this is not a camping for you.
E	Erald Sula on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very crowded. Not much privacy between the caravans. Terrain not fit for cars and they should not be allowed, especially with so little space between the caravans. Great pool, entertainment for the kids and on-site restaurant. Great location to explore the Ardennen
S	Sam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ camping was ok with a caravan, there were some pitches with all year caravans that had a lot of trash just laying around like old mattresses and a broken down bike. the toilets and showers were clean enough albite very small. the staff was friendly and the bread in the morning was of good quality. nice location for walks and views across the region.
