★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I arrived and i asked about my pizza, the guy got angry and say in french to me, ''what do you want, dont bother me,'' then i said hey i just want to know if you got my order, he said ''yeah yeah in the screen is the order of your pizza what is your problem, you are F** bothering me?'', and i said hey i just wanna know if you got my order, i should have left but i just thought never mind i can wait 5 more minutes. After like 3 minutes he gave me the pizza and told me they were doing a lot of pizzas, so they were under pressure. Okay i understand you are under pressure but that is not a reason to say to a costumer in an angry way dont F** bother me. what kind of costumer service is that? so am i not allowed to ask if my pizza is coming? never mind, the pizza is good but the staff should at least know how to treat clients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most unprofessional business ever encountered. Order did never arrive, called them but they never picked up. In the 'take away' app it said it arrived...
If you really feel the urge to order with them, do not pay in advance ( by card) as you will never now for sure if your order will arrive!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pizza is decent for the price you pay.
The same can not be said for the fried chicken which was very overcooked and dry. The chips that came with it weren't nice either, limp and greasy would be the best way to describe them.
As for the service. I went into the shop to order and pick it up roughly 15 minutes later. The staff weren't exactly cheerful but no where near as rude as others have experienced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst pizza have ever had.
Everything about it was very normal - tough, tasteless cheese, no flavour in base - and would have given three stars and said poor value for money but ok, but it somehow tasted of burnt plastic?
There are much better pizzas for the same price at any of the three pizzerias where Rue Franklin meets the Berlaymont, and much cheaper in San-Josse in places like Lord or Pizza.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Are you hungry? Are you starving? Just avoid this place and go somewhere else. The people in there are totally unrespectful and the pizza is nothing more than a frozen one.
Prices are way too high for such a product. Margherita is 11€ and it taste like nothing, totally absence of flavours.
Moreover, they don't accept bancontact or creditcards, only cash. we tried to explain this is just unlawful and they got mad pretty quick.
Just avoid this place.
