★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appalling customer service. Waited and waited at the till to pay. Staff passed by twice without even looking. When I finally gave up and left the shop, the shop assistant did not even apologise, she said the staff were tea advisors, I thought this was a shop whose business was to sell tea... and I don’t even comment on the tone of the shop assistant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful tea shop with the cozy and pretty garden in Brussels. You can taste their products. Specially their variety of tea flavor selections and lovely tea accessories will help you release some stress to find nice souvenirs for your loved ones.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good quality products. Unfortunately it does come at a bit of a price... I think in general their products are marked up quite heavily. The accessories they sell feel like they do come in at ridiculous price points. I can recommend this place to get to know flavours and what you might like, but after you find your fancy. You can just find another supplier in my opinion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A gorgeous tea shop with a great selection of teas to choose from. There seems to be tea tasting daily, which is a great customer experience. The staff were very lovely in showing the selection of teas available. I went during the winter and in the bag there was a sample tea bag from the Christmas collection.
