Aangezien ik meerdere sollicitaties heb lopen, bel ik na een paar dagen om even te informeren en op te volgen.
De vriendelijke receptioniste Nancy, helpt je verder maar daar stopt het.
In het totaal heb ik nu al 5 maal zelf gebeld in een tijdspanne van 5tal weken en gevraagd dat iemand me terug kan bellen ter opvolging van mijn sollicitaties.
Tot op heden heeft nog niemand me gecontacteerd.
Voor een grote organisatie als dit ... Dit kan toch niet?!
Sadly... kwalitatieve en menselijke service wordt een Luxe.
At the moment there are many jobs, but the service is failing enormously!
Since I have several applications pending, I call after a few days to inform and follow up.
The friendly receptionist Nancy helps you further but that's where it ends.
In total I have already called 5 times myself in a period of 5 weeks and asked that someone can call me back to follow up my applications.
To date no one has contacted me.
For a large organization like this ... This is not possible?!
Sadly... quality and humane service is becoming a Luxury.
