J'ai appelé, envoyé des mails, on m'a sorti des excuses (quand on m'a répondu), ou m'a dit "on va regarder ça", on m'a dit "non c'est impossible qu'on vous aie promis cela" alors que je leur ai montré le mail d'un de leurs collaborateurs (mail auquel le chef était en copie et donc au courant). Bref, à ce jour après 3 mois d'appels et de mails, le problème n'est toujours pas résolu. Vraiment déçu. I was sold the car insurance with a promised price for the second year which turned out to be wrong. I called, sent emails, they gave me an apology (when they answered me), or told me "we're going to watch this", I was told "no it's impossible that we promised you that "while I showed them the email of one of their collaborators (email to which the chief was in copy and therefore aware). In short, to this day after 3 months of calls and emails, the problem has still not been resolved. Really disappointed.
