β β β β β Paulo van de firma Prey constructie heeft bij ons herstellingswerken uitgevoerd na een groot waterlek aan ons keukenplafond en -muren. Alles is terug in originele staat hersteld. Wat een mooi resultaat. Dit had ik nooit durven denken. Ik kan alleen maar positive feed back geven over deze firma. Paulo werkt heel proper, zeer goed contact, betrouwbaar, snelle respons, correct en aan de juiste prijs. Alles is dus meer dan naar wens verlopen. Ik kan deze firma alleen maar aanraden. Nogmaals veel dank om alles mee op te lossen voor ons.
Paulo from Prey construction has carried out repair work for us after a major water leak on our kitchen ceiling and walls. Everything has been restored to its original state. What a beautiful result. I would never have dared to think this. I can only give positive feedback about this company. Paulo works very cleanly, very good contact, reliable, fast response, correct and at the right price. So everything went more than according to plan. I can only recommend this company. Thanks again for solving everything for us.

β β β β β Offerte van 6000 euro voor een gyprocplafond van 34mΒ². Gebruikt 9mm platen voor een plafond terwijl we 12.5mm overeengekomen waren. Van de 72 plagyps gebruikt hij er maar 34. Wat dan als resultaat gaf, dat de plafond doorhangt op sommige plaatsen... hij zou ook nog een elektriciteitsleiding plaatsen van stopcontact naar rolluikschakelaar. Op de offerte had hij daar een geel buisje voor voorzien. Maar na controle zagen we dat hij de elektriciteitsleiding gewoon in het bezetsel had gesmeerd. Dat heeft hij dan uiteindelijk wel hersteld, omdat hij betrapt was. Hoe verder de werken vorderden, hoe slechter zijn nederlands werd. Hij heeft geen eigen vervoer, kwam werken met een step (ja, echt waar). Als hij dan uiteindelijk materiaal tekort komt, isβde effort te groot om het te gaan halen, en probeert hij u te beduvelen door bvb de elektriciteitleidingen in te smeren zonder buisje. De plafond heeft hij nooit afgewerkt. Dus heb ik achteraf een schadestaat moeten laten opmaken. De werken waren niet klaar toen hij gestopt is. De gyprocplafond ging schildersklaar opgeleverd worden. Quotation of 6000 euros for a plaster ceiling of 34mΒ². Used 9mm sheets for a ceiling while we agreed on 12.5mm. He only uses 34 of the 72 plagyps. Which then resulted in the ceiling sagging in some places... he would also install an electricity line from socket to roller shutter switch. He had provided a yellow tube for this on the offer. But after checking, we saw that he had simply smeared the power line in the occupancy. He eventually recovered, because he was caught. The further the works progressed, the worse his Dutch became. He doesn't have his own transport, came to work with a scooter (yes, really). If he eventually lacks material, the effort is too great to get it, and he tries to trick you by, for example, lubricating the electricity pipes without a tube. He never finished the ceiling. So I had to have a damage statement drawn up afterwards. The works were not finished when he stopped. The gyproc ceiling was to be delivered ready for painting. See pictures
