★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never again, they put wrong address on my reservation (also the GPS coordinates were wrong). When I arrived to the address from reservation I called them to inform that I am waiting. The driver spoke only French, however he understood where I am and promised to come in 15 minutes. After 25 minutes I called him again - he said that he is still at the airport and will reach me in 15 minutes. After next 15 minutes I called him 3rd time - he said... that he is still at the airport. It was 1 hour to my flight's departure, so finally I had to pay for the airport parking, because I understood that he is lying and will never come to pick me up. After all, I wasn't even apologised.
What is more, they do not drive you to the roof-covered parking. You will be left 500 metres from Terminal. Other parking companies from Charleroi will leave you under roof-covered parking. It was my first time with Pas Cher parking (after trying many other parkings in Charleroi) - they are the worst. Avoid them if you can.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever. When we arrived, no one was there to pick us up, even though we called up front. The gate to the parking was open, when we entered, the dog attacked and bit my leg. Afterwards the owner was quite rude and not at all fond of apologies. During the ride he often commented on other parking spots not having security, being bad, etc. Well, perhaps there is also no dog attacking customers?! I know which one I would prefer. Driver doesn’t help with lugage. Even though he gave me a free week of parking, I will never return here in my life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nobody at the flipping car park after being perfectly on time. Nobody there and nobody answering phone calls. Meaning I had to drive myself to the very costly airport car park.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
