En raison de l'impossibilité d'aider par téléphone, ce monsieur me confirme son passage aux environs de 9h pour déceler la panne. Passage comme prévu, détection de la panne et diagnostic rendu rapidement ainsi que montant du dépannage (MO + pièce). (Circulateur foutu) Après accord, rdv pris en milieu d'après-midi pour dépanner. Nous avons acheté notre maison il y a deux mois et quelle ne fut pas notre surprise lorsqu'au début de l'hiver, alors que nous voulions relancer la chaudière pour chauffer la maison, nous nous sommes rendus compte qu'elle perdait au mazout... Quand les températures avoisinent les 0 degré, difficile de trouver un réparateur, entre ceux qui ont des délais de ministres et ceux qui vous disent d'emblée au téléphone qu'ils n'effectueront pas les réparations mais bien le remplacement total du brûleur (pièce qui avoisine les 1000€)... Ce monsieur est le seul à s'être déplacé, le jour-même ! En soirée ! Je ne peux que vous le recommander, travail de précision, consciencieux, ne cherche pas le profit mais vraiment à solutionner votre problème et ça, c'est suffisamment rare pour être souligné ! MERCI! D'ailleurs il y aurait plus d'étoiles j'en aurai mis plus...C'est si rare de trouver des personnes sérieuses, compétentes et disponible SURTOUT quand il y a un soucis.... car avec beaucoup j'avais le temps de me transformer en glaçon...parce que les soucis de chauffage de sont jamais en été :D Je vous le recommande VIVEMENT! Seul regret c'est qu'il ne fasse pas tous les corps de métier, sinon je signe pour tous les autres travaux. Encore un grand merci pour ce travail titanesque ...
