★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meerdere malen gevraagd om afspraak te maken. Dienst planning zou me opbellen om dit te regelen volgens beschikbare tijd (tijdens de week na 16u-weekend eender welk moment). Komen ze op donderdag om 9u langs terwijl we werken. Heb dan ook gevraagd hoeveel mijn vergoeding zou zijn en hoe dit verder geregeld word (zoals vermeld op hun website) en dan hoor je niets meer van hun kant.
Edit: zonet gecontacteerd dat mijn hoeveelheid (156kg) te klein was volgens hen om een vergoeding te geven, zoals vermeld op hun website. Dit staat niet op hun website vermeld en met dat ze nooit contact opnamen alvorens de onverwachte ophaling was dit dus ook niet mondeling meegedeeld.
Vermijd hun service maar.
Asked several times to make an appointment. Service scheduler would call me to arrange this according to available time (during the week after 4pm weekend any time). They come by on Thursday at 9 am while we work. I also asked how much my compensation would be and how this is further arranged (as stated on their website) and then you hear nothing from their side.
Edit: Just contacted that my amount (156kg) was too small according to them to give a compensation, as stated on their website. This is not stated on their website and with the fact that they never contacted before the unexpected pick-up, this was therefore not communicated verbally.
Avoid their service.
