De eerste 2 keren klopte het ontwerp niet en werd de trap beschadigd. Bij de laatste plaatsing werd de onderste marmeren trede volledig beschadigd (foute boring met afbrokkeling). Neen, niet tevreden. Deze firma die beweert 'trots te zijn op zijn kwaliteit' heeft in elk geval bewezen deze titel niet waard te zijn. We wachten op een oplossing EN schadevergoeding. Our stairlift still does not work after 6 months. On the contrary Otolift has to come a 4th time to make the lift operational. The first 2 times the design was incorrect and the stairs were damaged. At the last installation, the bottom marble step was completely damaged (incorrect bore with chipping). No, not satisfied. In any case, this company that claims to be 'proud of its quality' has proven not to be worthy of this title. We are waiting for a solution AND compensation.
m	michel bockstal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na 14maand van discuteren over de plaatsing van een nieuwe traplift doch blijkt dat men mij een tweedehands geleverd en geplaatst te hebben waar geen bedieningsknop op zat en geen kabel om de de zit en of voetsteun te bedienen is men overgegaan een deurwaarder in te schakelen met de nodige onkosten 700euro het geld alsnog te krijgen. Ga nooit nooit nooit in zee met deze oplichters. Ik kan er geen goed woord over zeggen wat indien de stoel naar beneden valt als er een invalide persoon plaats heeft genomen. Denk 5 keer na voor je beslist geef liever wat euro's meer uit.
