Profitant d'une intervention planifiée sur le système de chauffage dans notre copropriété, nous étions plusieurs copropriétaires à avoir demandé des petits travaux privatifs.
Le montant de ma facture était de €170 que je trouve très salée pour le remplacement d’une vanne qui a duré 5-10 min dans le cadre d’une intervention groupée. Le prix qui m'avait été annoncé par téléphone était pourtant de €75-80.
Les autres copropriétaires ont été soumis aux mêmes tarifs.
Exorbitant prices.
Taking advantage of a planned intervention on the heating system in our condominium, we were several co-owners to have requested small private works.
The amount of my invoice was € 170 which I find very salty for the replacement of a valve which lasted 5-10 min as part of a group intervention. The price which had been announced to me by telephone was however € 75-80.
The other co-owners were subject to the same rates.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never call this company to unblock your pipes. Ne jamais appeler cette societe pour deboucher les decharges. Nooit deze firma bellen voor een ontstopping. I paid 250 euro and the workman just put some "destop" product which he was getting in a shop during the paid hours. The next day everything was even more blocked; I called another company who solved the problem with proper tools; another 250 euro to pay.
