â â â â â En tant que responsable du centre, je tiens Ă corriger les propos malveillants de quelques rares patients. Il faut savoir que le centre regroupe toutes les spĂ©cialisations de la dentisterie allant de la chirurgie, de la pĂ©dodontie, de la parodontologie,de la prothĂšse,de lâimplanto, et de lâorthodontie. Je connais bien le problĂšme des trois mĂšres qui ont tenu Ă des pĂ©riodes trĂšs diffĂ©rentes, des propos diffamatoires Ă lâencontre dâ une spĂ©cialiste en pĂ©dodontie. Cette pedodontiste est trĂšs apprĂ©ciĂ©e, depuis presque 30ans par tous ses petits patients envers qui elle montre beaucoup dâempathie et de rigueur dans les soins. Mais les temps ont changĂ©s et certains parents dictent la maniĂšre dont les soins doivent ĂȘtre prodiguĂ©s . Lâenfant Roi existe bien!!! Concernant les propos de madame TOVAZZI, le patient suivant a bien Ă©tĂ© choquĂ©, mais des propos tenus par cette maman. Les dentistes gĂ©nĂ©ralistes envoient leurs petits patients difficiles chez le spĂ©cialiste en pĂ©dodontie ;ceux-ci arrivent toujours Ă les soigner et Ă acquĂ©rir leur confiance mais dans certains cas de rares Ă©checs, ce sont les parents quâil faudrait soigner ! Beaucoup de pĂ©dodontistes auront un petit sourire Ă la lecture de ce document !.Il est dommage que seul les mĂ©contents perdent leur temps sur le net pour diffamer !!!Enfin en 30 ans dâexistence du centre, il est encourageant de constater un nombre aussi faible de mĂ©contents ; on ne peut plaire Ă tout le monde,dit le dicton !
As head of the center, I want to correct the malicious comments of a few rare patients. You should know that the center brings together all the specializations of dentistry ranging from surgery, pedodontics, periodontology, prosthesis, implantology, and orthodontics. I am familiar with the problem of the three mothers who at very different times made slanderous remarks against a specialist in pedodontics. This pedodontist has been greatly appreciated for almost 30 years by all her little patients for whom she has shown great empathy and rigor in care. But times have changed and some parents are dictating how care should be provided. The Child King does exist !!! Regarding the remarks of Mrs. TOVAZZI, the following patient was indeed shocked, but the remarks made by this mother. General dentists send their difficult little patients to the specialist in pedodontics; they always manage to treat them and gain their confidence but in some rare cases of failure, it is the parents who should be treated! Many pedodontists will have a little smile on reading this document!. It is a pity that only the discontented waste their time on the net to defame !!! Finally in 30 years of existence of the center, it is encouraging to note a number also weak of discontented; you can't please everyone, the saying goes!

â â â â â L'endroit parfait pour traumatiser votre enfant ! La dentiste qui nous a réçu a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs dĂ©sagrĂ©able. Elle n'a eu aucune patience avec notre fils de 3 ans bien qu'il a verbalisĂ© ses peurs de l'appareillage.. Elle lui a mĂȘme hurlĂ© dessus "pour qu'il arrĂȘte sa comĂ©die", comme si avoir peur est un caprice.. Elle n'a pas instaurĂ© de dialogue avec lui et n'a pas du tout essayĂ© de le mettre en confiance. Concernant mon rendez-vous, j'ai trouvĂ© qu'elle s'en ai tenu au stricte minimum (ex: dĂ©tartrage de 2 dents au lieu d'un dĂ©tartrage complet..). A cela, je rajouterai la prĂ©sence d'une phrase assez dĂ©rangeante qui plaquardĂ©e partout dans la salle d'attente et qui laisse penser que les personnes prĂ©sentant des signes religieux extĂ©rieurs ne sont pas les bienvenues..................
The perfect place to traumatize your child! The dentist who received us was very rude. She had no patience with our 3 year old son although he verbalized his fears of the apparatus. She even yelled at him "so that he would stop his comedy", as if being afraid is a whim .. She did not establish a dialogue with him and did not at all try to put him in confidence. Regarding my appointment, I found that she kept to the strict minimum (eg scaling of 2 teeth instead of full scaling ..). To this, I would add the presence of a rather disturbing sentence which is plastered everywhere in the waiting room and which suggests that people with external religious signs are not welcome ........... .......

â â â â â Rien que la lecture du post publiĂ© plus bas par le responsable du centre, M. Jacques Hohlweg, suite aux expĂ©riences nĂ©gatives de certains patients, me dĂ©courage complĂštement. Je nÂŽy irai certainement pas avec mes gosses.
Just reading the post published below by the head of the center, Mr. Jacques Hohlweg, following the negative experiences of some patients, completely discourages me. I will definitely not go with my kids.

Jâai vĂ©cu une trĂšs mauvaise expĂ©rience avec un dentiste dans se centre qui nâa aucune expĂ©rience qui mâa proposĂ© de dĂ©vitaliser la dent ,aprĂšs plus dâune heure de chipotage et des piqĂ»res dâanesthĂ©sie resultat une dent abĂźmĂ© et un abcĂšs pendant 15 jours et tout le mal qui va avec.apres rĂ©clamation a la direction qui nâassume pas leurs responsabilitĂ©s ils culpabilisent les patients avec arrogance mal affichĂ©s.
UN HOMME AVERTI EN VAUT DEUX.
A center to be avoided. I had a very bad experience with a dentist in the center who has no experience who offered to devitalize the tooth, after more than an hour of quibbling and bites of anesthesia results in a damaged tooth and a abscess for 15 days and all the evil that goes with it. After making a complaint to the management who does not assume their responsibilities, they blame the patients with arrogance badly displayed.

â â â â â Positive experience the first visit..rather shocking the second time: no patience, rasing the voice at both kids, and repeatedly telling me that i should shout at them too...amazing arrogance. My kids were disturbed and asked why she was angry at them... The client in the waiting room was shocked as well...very disappointing.
