★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff were friendly and thanked me for waiting but I waited in store for 55 minutes while they served 1 single customer ahead of me. 2 Staff members on hand. But only helping one customer at a time. Unfortunately I had to wait because the website was broken and wouldn't let me buy my roaming plan from home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am not sure if the service in this particular shop is good or bad, but Orange service overall is terrible. I wanted to get an Internet subscription at our new home, so I went on their website expecting to fill in a form and get everything done online, you know, like we're in 2021. Alas, if you try to do it online you need to give them your phone and waste time with one of their agents like it's the 80s, with questionable results, because you know, on the phone a lot of information can be lost or misinterpreted. So it seems that Orange works with agents who get a commission for every new contract, and therefore other agents, such as this shop, have no incentive to help you, which was my case. If I had gone directly to this shop to make the new subscription, I guess it would be fine. In my case they just sent me back with another phone number to call ??♂️
