Ontzettend slechte klantenservice. Ze hebben geen easy switch aangevraagd bij de overschakeling van Telenet naar Orange, wat ze toegeven dat hun fout is. Met als gevolg heb ik € 196 te veel betaald. Ze wilden een compensatie doen op het internet met een totale korting van, hou jullie vast dames en heren voor deze prachtige geste... € 41. Veruit schandalig.
Incredibly bad customer service. They did not request an easy switch when switching from Telenet to Orange, which they admit is their mistake. As a result, I paid €196 too much. They wanted to make a compensation on the internet with a total discount of, hold on ladies and gentlemen for this beautiful gesture... € 41. Outrageous by far.

Si on pouvait mettre 0 étoile, je l'aurais fait car c'est tout ce que mérite Orange. J'ai commandé un gsm en ligne que je n'ai jamais reçu et cela fait 2 mois que j'attends mon remboursement (700€). Je contacte le service client 1 à 2 fois par semaine depuis 2 mois. On me dit à chaque fois que mon dossier de réclamation a bien été envoyé plus haut, que je dois être patiente. Aujourd'hui encore, je téléphone au service client et là, il me dit que le dossier de demande de remboursement n'a pas été fait et qu'il le fait maintenant. Aucun professionnalisme de la part de Orange. Je ne recommande pas du tout cet opérateur.
If we could put 0 stars, I would have because that's all Orange deserves. I ordered a mobile phone online that I never received and I have been waiting for my refund (700€) for 2 months. I have been contacting customer service 1-2 times a week for the past 2 months. I am told each time that my complaint file has been sent higher, that I must be patient. Again today, I call customer service and there, he tells me that the refund request file has not been done and that he is doing it now. No professionalism from Orange. I do not recommend this operator at all.

I ordered an Internet line and it can't be activated since one month. Good quality of services but bad quality of customer services.

Avoid. Cheap rates but terrible service. My internet was dodgy; had to reset it every day. Then after cancellation they charged me for an extra month and promised me a refund which never arrived. I also took out a different subscription with them and again a refund never arrived. Total of 7 hours on the phone with them for two issues, including once being redirected to multiple different people and then ending back with the first person who recognised my voice!
