De focus was echt gericht op het beste wat te bieden was binnen vooropgesteld budget en met duidelijke toelichting omtrent de mogelijkheden.
Professionaliteit en klantgerichtheid zijn zeer uitgesproken.
Ik ben alleszins bijzonder tevreden en gelukkig met het aangekocht product nu ik dit reeds enkele weken in gebruik heb.
Needed a sunglasses were multifocal. This optician has pleasantly surprised me with regard to the professional approach and the thoroughness with which the eye examination was performed. The focus was really on the best that could be offered within the budget and with a clear explanation of the possibilities.
Professionalism and customer focus are very pronounced.
I am certainly very satisfied and happy with the purchased product now that I have been using it for a few weeks.

Mijn oogarts raadde me aan zeker glazen van de vorige leverancier te nemen, wegens de uitzonderlijke sterkte. Wim bestelde zonder probleem bij deze leverancier en nam alle tijd om heel duidelijke uitleg over allerlei aspecten te geven - keuze van montuur, glazen, filter etc. Topservice, bedankt, Wim!
Excellent service and advice! I needed progressive glasses with lenses of approx. -14. My ophthalmologist advised me to take glasses from the previous supplier, because of the exceptional strength. Wim ordered from this supplier without any problem and took all the time to give very clear explanations about all kinds of aspects - choice of frame, lenses, filter, etc. Top service, thank you, Wim!
