★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je suis vraiment pas d'accord de ce que cette personne raconte. Cela fais plus de 15 ans que j' achete mes lunettes (4 paires lunettes, bientôt 5) chez optic hertsens et j' habite plus sur Bruxelles, mon père et mon frère y vont beaucoup plus longtemps que moi. J'ai toujours été bien accueilli qu'il y a du monde ou pas. Le service est parfait, le delai des commande est court, j'ai jamais eu de soucis. Donc je le RECOMMANDE à toute personnes qui cherche des nouvelles lunette ou lentilles.
 I really do not agree what this person is saying. It's been more than 15 years that I bought my glasses (4 pairs glasses, soon 5) at optic hertsens and I live more on Brussels, my father and my brother go there much longer than me. I have always been well received that there are people or not. The service is perfect, the order time is short, I never had a problem. So I RECOMMEND it to anyone looking for new glasses or lenses.
