I had a situation where we agreed final price of the horse and much higher price was smuggled into the agreement. I could not excersie my consumer right to withdraw from such agreement as the seller claims that EU law does not apply to him and no advance is returnable under his own law…
So in case of any issue probably the client is able to execute their rights only through court not having horses nor their money until court case is closed.
It is essential to bring your own witness to all meetings and record all calls if you have to deal with him. Extremely dangerous transactions with this guy. Don’t pay any penny until you receive your horse!!
Be aware of over pleasant treatment at the beginning of your interaction with them. It is for purpose.
