★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in for a PCR test before travel. Paying customer, mind you. Results did not arrive within 24 hours, so I called this place. They immediately took an oddly defensive tone, blaming the lab. They offered to give lab number, but also followed that up by saying that calling the lab likely wouldn't help anything. Called again 48 hours later (after driving to the netherlands to take another PCR test to still be able to travel, and getting my results from that within 8 hours). Again, the guy on the phone was needlessly evasive, and blamed the lab again multiple times before giving me the lab's number. I called the lab, who claimed that these guys gave them incorrect contact info for me (even though I verified that my info was correct on the screen with the lady before she administered the test), which is why I never received my results which were ready 28ish hours after my test. Finally, the online appointment making tool wasn't functioning for me (this may have since been fixed), so I had to call them to make an appointment to start the whole thing off.
There were enough yellow flags about this place's relationship with their lab partners and their lack of general friendliness to persuade me not to rely on them again for anything serious such as my or my loved ones' health.
