Na 1.5 uur wachten nog steeds geen antwoord dus bellen we zelf maar ! De telefoniste zei dat de vrachtwagen idd overgelopen was en dat de chauffeur de smurie opgeruimd had We hebben samen met de buurvrouw nog een grote emmer smurie uit de goot opgeschept !! Spijtig dat de klant zelf de fouten moet rechtzetten en dat we zelf dienden contact op te nemen met de firma !! We gaan deze firma zeker niet aanbevelen aan anderen ! very poor service with us the neighbors' pavement and gutter was full of smurie; we called the company; the operator would ask the driver what had happened and let us know something. After 1.5 hours of waiting still no answer so we call ourselves! The operator said that the truck idd had been overflowed and that the driver had cleaned up the truck Together with the neighbor we have scooped up a large bucket of smurie from the gutter !! It is a pity that the customer himself has to correct the errors and that we had to contact the company ourselves !! We will certainly not recommend this company to others!

Le rinçage est compris et est fait sérieusement, ce n'est pas juste une vidange et puis partir ! Serious professionals to recommend.
