Zat een klein foutje in mijn gegevens maar deze werden super snel aangepast en ook over de levering werd keurig gecorrespondeerd.
Tapijt is netjes geleverd en verpakt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wij kochten 2 Kazak tapijten, bij onze keuze in de winkel werden we zeer vriendelijk ontvangen en kregen we de nodige correcte info. Niets werd ons opgedrongen. De datum van de levering was vroeger dan voorzien en werd ons telefonisch medegedeeld. Beide tapijten werden aan huis geleverd op het afgesproken uur en met de nodige service gegeven door de man van de levering betreft leggen van de tapijten en tafel en stoelen terug plaatsen. Het totaal plaatje is zeker 5 sterren waard.
We bought 2 Kazak carpets, at our choice in the store we were received very friendly and we received the necessary correct information. Nothing was forced upon us. The date of delivery was earlier than foreseen and was communicated to us by telephone. Both carpets were delivered to your home at the agreed time and with the necessary service provided by the delivery man, laying the carpets and replacing the table and chairs. The total picture is certainly worth 5 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nous avons commandé 2 tapis le 2 décembre 2019, la était livraison prévue vers le 2 mars 2020, vous alliez nous prévenir pour la livraison. Nous n'avons toujours aucune nouvelle!
Je peux comprendre que la situation est difficile à présent mais vous deviez déjà nous livrer avant le confinement.
Vu les commentaires positifs, je suis étonnée.

We ordered 2 rugs on December 2, 2019, the delivery was scheduled for March 2, 2020, you were going to notify us for delivery. We still have no news!
I can understand that the situation is difficult now but you had to deliver us before the confinement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Achat d'un tapis en ligne, livraison un peu lente car pas en stock mais c'était prévu. Tapis reçu avec livreur fedex qui demande la date et prévient avant d'arriver. Le tapis a l'air de bonne qualité mais nous l'avons renvoyé car les nuances de couleurs ne rendaient pas tout à fait comme la photo (plus rouge que rose). Retour facile : un message via le site, la personne répond vite et s'arrange pour la date de retour où le livreur fedex revient chez vous pour le reprendre.
Donc au final pas de tapis, mais je recommande ce site qui a pas mal de choix et qui est sérieux.
Purchase of a carpet online, delivery a bit slow because not in stock but it was expected. Carpet received with fedex delivery man who asks for the date and warns before arriving. The rug looks good quality but we sent it back because the color shades didn't make it quite like the picture (redder than pink). Easy return: a message via the site, the person responds quickly and arranges for the return date when the fedex delivery person comes back to you to pick it up.
So in the end no carpet, but I recommend this site which has a lot of choice and which is serious.

Ich habe lange nach dem perfekten Teppich gesucht, mich nicht getraut für viel Geld was zu bestellen, was dann nicht gefällt. Hier kann man den Teppich in das eigene Zimmer visualisieren, Größe, Lage und Farbe ändern - perfekt. Die Lieferung ging schneller als angekündigt, der Kundenservice war freundlich und antwortete rasch. Der bestellte Teppich sieht exakt aus, wie am PC gezeigt und gefällt uns sehr gut. Hier könnt ihr wirklich unbesorgt bestellen.

Here you can visualize the carpet in your own room, change size, position and color - perfect. The delivery was faster than advertised, the customer service was friendly and answered quickly. The ordered carpet looks exactly as shown on the PC and we like it very much. You can order here without any worries.
