S	Sofia Fuertes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personnel très désagréable, mal poli, €40 pour une teinture (juste la teinture pas la coupe) de deux petites mèches avants qui a été très mal réalisé! on aurait dit une repousse de 3 semaines, la coiffeuse n'a rien voulu savoir. j'ai été acheter un paquet entier (ce qui veut dire que j'en ai pour au mpoins 5 utilisations) de teinture chez Garnier pour €10, fait la coloration toute seule et mon dieu que c'était mieux!! €15 supplémentaires pour un soin qui était inclus dans la promotion pour étudiants il y a quelques mois, je n'irai plus jamais chez eux, dommage j'étais une cliente fidèle jusqu'à ce qu'ils changent de direction... Very rude staff, poorly polished, € 40 for a dye (just the dye not the cut) of two small front wicks which was very poorly done! it looked like a 3-week regrowth, the hairdresser didn't want to know. I went to buy a whole pack (which means that I have at least 5 uses) of dye at Garnier for € 10, did the coloring on my own and my god it was better !! € 15 extra for a treatment that was included in the promotion for students a few months ago, I will never go to them again, too bad I was a loyal customer until they changed direction ...

t	toitoineL1 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La patronne est imbuvable, hautaine et n en a que faire des autres. je me suis fait déjà 2 fois maltraiter vocalement par la patronne car celle ci n en a rien à faire du masque et de la sécurité des gens. Peut être que si elle (la patronne) n avait pas de relations aussi haut placés dans l enseigne, celle ci se comporterait de façon plus respectueuse envers les gens. Elle devrait se faire remettre à sa place une bonne fois, qu elle pète un coup et descende de son trône. The boss is undrinkable, haughty and doesn't care about others. I have already been mistreated vocally twice by the boss because she has nothing to do with the mask and the safety of people. Maybe if she (the boss) didn't have such high-level connections, she would behave more respectfully towards people. She should be put back in her place once, so she freaks out and comes down from her throne.

Merci :) Despite the Google reviews, a very pleasant surprise. The salon has been taken over by another manager. Perfect service, pleasant, friendly staff and top cut! Thank you :)

And despite having reserved, we had to wait more than 30 minutes and they served two persons before that had reservations times after us.om the overall a bad experience, we won't come back.
