★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En ayant des chèques consommation en version papier qui expirent dans 2 semaines, j'ai décidé d'acheter tous les cadeaux de Noël pour les enfants de mes amis. Après avoir appelé différents magasins, je suis tombé sur celui là. En les appelant, ils me disent que ils ont un bug électronique pour les chèques consommation électroniques mais qu'il y aurait pas eu des problèmes pour la version papier. Au magasin (30 minutes de route), après avoir passé beaucoup de temps à choisir les cadeaux et à faire la file, le patron me dit qu'ils acceptent pas les chèques consommation en papier et il dit "je ne sais pas avec qui vous avez parlé au téléphone" avec tous les employés présents qui se taisaient. Si ce n'est pas toi qui le sait, ça ne peut pas être moi, mon vieux ! J'ai du donc payer de ma poche et j'ai toujours les chèques dans mes mains. Pas de professionnalisme, pas d'assumption de responsabilité. Très mal "joué"!
By having paper consumer checks that expire in 2 weeks, I decided to buy all the Christmas presents for my friends' children. After calling different stores, I came across this one. By calling them, they tell me that they have an electronic bug for electronic consumer checks but that there would have been no problems with the paper version.
