★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mensen zonder mondmasker worden gewoon ordinair aan de deur gezet. Er één kopen is niet mogelijk. Nergens staat vermeld dat dit verplicht is. Dikke schande.
People without a mouth mask are simply knocked at the door. Buying one is not possible. Nowhere is it stated that this is mandatory. Big shame.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Niet geinformeerve verkoopster. Zij zei verkeerde informatie I.p.v te zeggen " dat zij het gewoon niet weet" . Info voor verkoopster: de maten bij baby collectie kunnen tot 4-5 jaar gaan. En als dat op etiket zo staat dan is het zo, als u dat niet in de winkel heeft in die maten (4-5jaar baby collectie) dat is iets anders en wilt nog niet zeggen dat die etiket is "fout" zoals u zei! In de website heb ik wel die broek (4 jaar) kunnen kopen. (Voor Okaidi Grand Bazar)
Uninformed saleswoman. She said wrong information instead of saying "she just doesn't know". Info for the seller: the sizes in the baby collection can go up to 4-5 years. And if it says so on the label then so be it, if you don't have it in the store in those sizes (4-5 year baby collection) that's something else and doesn't mean that label is "wrong" as you said! In the website I was able to buy those pants (4 years). (For Okaidi Grand Bazar)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me and my mother were shopping two weeks ago at the center of Antwerp, I barely speak Dutch so I didn’t understand the sign that was standing outside which stated that we couldn’t shop together. The woman literally run towards us screaming (very rudly) with my little Dutch i understood what she was saying but this is no way to talk to clients. They should choose their personnel more wisely. Never going back.
