★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really bad customer service. I bought two wardrobes - came with faulty pieces. In the first visit, the technician insisted that it would work even with the wrong pieces. We tried, and naturally, it did not work. Another technician came and accepted the fault. Now the replacement takes more than two weeks and now they say it might even take three weeks. As a customer I should have the right to return a faulty product with full refund - Odrada even does not accept that or nor offers any discount. And in return, they ask me what's my problem! Well, Odrada does not want to understand problems faced by the customers and is insensitive to complaints. Strictly avoid this shop!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service is exceptional. There is a big selection of furniture in the show room, with custom configurations possible and helpful staff to guide you through.
Upon product delivery our sofa had specks clearly already from manufacturing and after initial visit from technician it was a clear manufacturing fault. 2nd sofa same case and 3rd sofa now is OK. Delivery and assembly guys were great (washed their hands after they took the wrapping off, not to stain the sofa) and within the agreed timeframe. They handled manufacturing problems very nice and professional without any burden on me (self-initiated on second faulty delivery).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a nice and enourmous space. You can walk freely amongst living rooms, bedrooms, dinning and decoration. The prices are ok and if you find a bargain it is really good deal. Decoration and many more unique stuff. Worth walk around for a while and do some shopping. Times for delivery are horrible but that is not their fault, always corona.
