A fast food restaurant like any other, expensive for what it is. Well, it's nice to be able to put whatever you want in the tacos. Staff not very smiley ...

Par contre rien à dire par rapport au service malgré qu elle est en sous nombre.... Top! La seule et unique dame dans le comptoir règle tous les problèmes des machines pour passer le commandes, les erreurs de la cuisine, court à gauche à droite pour aider les clients... First experience in an O Tacos .... Not very satisfied too gravy, minced meat with hard pieces of bone style. On the other hand nothing to say about the service despite that it is outnumbered .... Top! The one and only lady in the counter fixes all the problems of the machines to place the orders, the errors in the kitchen, runs left to right to help the customers ...

Personnel dépassé (trop de tâches à accomplir pour la préposée qui faisait son possible et COVID check ticket pas vérifié du coup). Repas bon mais ne correspondait pas à ce que j'aurais choisi. Several kinds of meat unavailable. Staff overwhelmed (too many tasks to accomplish for the attendant who was doing her best and COVID check ticket not verified at the time). Good meal but not what I would have chosen.

Mon compagnon est allez plusieurs fois la voir… au final la vendeuse nous emmène un tiramisu congelé (on avais commander sur place) devions nous repartir avec le tiramisu congelé et le manger chez nous une fois prêt ? C’est un Fast-food ou bien ? Elle n’avais même pas encore commencé le O’Tacos sucré… (déjà 45min d’attente) résultat nous somme repartie en colère avec un tiramisu seulement et puis nous avons perdu notre argent car aucun geste commercial, ni remboursement ! Today, we ordered two tiramisu and a sweet O'Tacos, you have certainly forgotten us because 40 min of waiting... not many customers and a saleswoman who goes around in circles cleans the tables and serves other people! My companion has gone to see her several times… in the end the saleswoman takes us a frozen tiramisu (we had ordered on the spot) should we leave with the frozen tiramisu and eat it at home once ready? Is it fast food or what? She hadn't even started the sweet O'Tacos yet... (already 45min of waiting) result we left angry with a tiramisu only and then we lost our money because no goodwill, no refund!

Après avoir demandé 2 fois de changer, car ce n'était pas ce qu'on voulait, impossible d'avoir ce qu'on avait demandé, j'ai cru à une caméra cachée. J'ai voulu parlé avec le responsable, mais on m'a laissé mijoté durant 15 min, alors que la tension montait. Finalement, après avoir expliqué 10 fois ce qui n'allait pas, j'ai demandé un remboursement, que j'ai obtenu, au finish. Ce ne sont pas des commerçants, loin de là. A fuir ! Je ne suis pas du genre à faire un scandale, mais là, leur incompétence m'a mis hors de moi. More mediocre, I think it is not possible. I ordered for my wife and my 7 year old boy, and the order did not correspond... After asking 2 times to change, because it was not what we wanted, impossible to have what we asked, I thought it was a hidden camera. I wanted to speak with the manager, but they left me simmering for 15 minutes, while the tension mounted. Finally, after explaining 10 times what was wrong, I asked for a refund, which I got, in the end. They are not traders, far from it. To flee ! I'm not one to make a scandal, but there, their incompetence put me beside myself.

Ils ont réussi à oublier une référence sur deux !!!! Incroyable !!! Mais le tacos était quand même bon ? ( seul point positive) I went there to order only 2 references a tacos ? and a fries ? there were 3 people I waited more than 20min and arrived at the car the fries were missing !!!!! They managed to forget one in two references !!!! Unbelievable !!! But the tacos were still good ? (only positive point)

Erreur sur le gratin, inversion des viandes, inversion des sauces, sauces absentes et impossible de les joindre par téléphone... Dommage. 1st experience at the top but it was unfortunately the only one. Error on the gratin, inversion of meats, inversion of sauces, sauces absent and impossible to reach them by phone... Too bad.
