★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would come back here if I come back in Bruges! The house is huge, cosy, clean, and so beautiful! Our room was perfect, romantic and cosy. Huge breakfast and best host ever! A lovely place in a lovely city!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had the most lovely visit here and were treated like royalty by Elisabeth. There are a number of stairs to climb to get to the vanilla and gray/white rooms that we rented, but it was well worth it. The location is just a 1-2 minute walk from the main square and it's well located.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ exclusive guest house is truly an amazing experience.. it is centrally located but not where the craziness is with 1000 of tourists, the hostesses are so great and do everything they can to make the experience the best it can be..... as well as knowledgeable and go from French to English to Spanish without a blink of an eye... the suite is beautiful and having a evening in front of the fire was perfect ! so romantic too !
I would not go anywhere else .. it is a very special place !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location is perfect, right off of a small canal bridge within a short walking distance to the main square and restaurants/bars. The building itself is beautiful and rustic, with a nice small but very well done garden outside. Staff and the breakfast are excellent as well.
One thing to note is that they are not always on site. Each to reach via intercom to their phone, but they won't be there 24/7.
I plan to stay here again next time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Number 11 is a little piece of paradise. Quiet , tranquil , beautifully decorated . Everything you could want , lots of attention to detail. We had the deluxe suite on the ground floor which was spacious, beautiful bathroom . Lots of books to read if you have time . We sat outside on the terrace and had a drink, lovely . The location is great, right in the centre and walking distance to everything. Wonderful breakfast and they could not do enough for you to help in anyway. Would love to revisit such a special place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It would have been 5 stars except it has a very steep and treacherous staircase and noone to help with the luggage. Our room was pretty, large and very crisp and clean. The bathroom excellent. Anyone would be happy with the rooms and other areas, but the staircase is a shocker.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent experience: a cosy and elegant oasi in the centre of Bruges (less than 5 minutes by foot from Markt and Burg); the hostesses welcomed us warmly and gave precious advices about the city and places to go dining.
Our room (the chocolate room) was absolutely stunning, with a nice view on the streets and one of the many cathedrals- a lot of space, comfort and attention to the details. Very clean place.
Great breakfast (delicious jams, fruits and scrambled eggs!).
Surely recommended as a perfect and romantic choice to stay in Bruges.
