J	John McCarter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have stayed at this hotel over many years since 2004 and always found it very friendly and welcoming. However this time I noticed that the breakfast selection on the hot buffet had been reduced which was disappointing. In the bedroom we used to be provided with glass drinking glasses and mineral water. This has been reduced to paper cups and no mineral water , again disappointing in a hotel of this stature and rate. Otherwise the experience was very good as usual
B	Biggles Tintin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my second stay during lockdown #2, I have really enjoyed my visit and can highly recommend this hotel, the facilities are brilliant, but what really makes it a great stay is the manager Hans, he is very friendly and polite and a credit to the novotel company. I hope I am able to stay again, but with the bars and shops open.

The staff were superb and gave excellent guidance on parking etc. They also provided extra bedding when requested. The breakfast was great, particularly enjoyed the waffle machine. A really enjoyable stay.

J	Jamie Clarkson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spent a couple of nights here mid week with work. Really nice spacious rooms. Huge bed, bathroom clean, best hotel pillows ever! A goods night's sleep, decent hotel breakfast and a great location, thoroughly recommend!

The big positive is that the rooms are extremely clean and very spacious- definitely enough charging points, enough space for storing luggage, spacious bathroom, etc. The breakfast is also delectable and the best part is that they have vegan alternatives to milk available too, which is very inclusive. The staff is also extremely friendly and helpful & are also mostly bilingual if not multilingual. The only negative is that the restaurant in the hotel is almost as good as not present. They don't have a chef really & the food was basically heated sauce & reheated vegetables with some spaghetti. They really need to rethink their restaurant/bar strategy because this is one of the most common reasons for their bad ratings over here.

The only disappointment was not being able to get into the hotel before 2o’clock when we arrived at 12. We were informed you could check in between 2 and 8o’clock but this doesn’t always work out with your travelling plans. Also after reading the reviews we were under the impression the Hotel had an underground Car Park. This is not the case it’s a Public one and we couldn’t get into the Car Park as they were doing work on the road. We parked in the Church Car Park which is 2 Euros all day and it was fine and only down the road from the hotel. So all was good. The Breakfast at the Hotel was really good. The staff were very pleasant. I would definitely stay here again if I go back.
