★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Notary is slow but they all are slow or the process takes too much time. However I find this notary charges less than most others. Possibility to save few thousand EUR during your registration... Anyways you will notice that this notary is calm and has patience. She takes time to explain the contract in your language, answers questions which might not be related to your contract. She reserves a 2 hour slot for the buyer to ensure everything is well understood. I have dealt with other notaries in Belgium but by far I love the way she works. With other notary you just sign and it finishes in 15-20 min and they do not have any further time. Definitely recommended for your future deals.
