Personne vraiment gentille, souriante, qui met en confiance et n'hésite pas à réexpliquer si on a pas compris quelque chose. J'ai eu un couac avec l'état civil et elle s'est occupée de tout. Ils ont parfois un chien avec eux, c'est une présence plus qu'agréable lorsqu'on est un peu perdu ou démoralisé. Le chien vient nous voir et nous fait des câlins, ça fait du bien. Ils nous ont d'abord donné des frais de notaire avec environ 6000 euros de moins de ce que l'on devait réellement payer. Une fois l'acte passé, ils nous ont annoncé qu'on serait remboursés de+- 500 euros, ce qu'ils ont fait sur un compte ne nous appartenant pas. Nous n'avons jamais revu l'argent bien évidement! Essaie de soutirer de l'argent Un couple fait une offre et non pas leur prêt, reviennent vers nous pour nous demander si on veut mettre et jusque combien on peut aller et pour finir ils vendent le bien au premier couple ! Qui n'avait sois disant par leur prêt !!! Je déconseille fortement ce notaire nizet !!! Notary not honest at all !!!
