La loi stipule que pour une succession négative ou de moins de 5000€, il n’y a aucun frais d’acte. Il m’a réclamé la somme de 316€, tout ça pour envoyer une procuration car j’habite à l’etranger! Il en a fait de même avec ma grand-mère, qui elle, réside en Belgique. Quand nous lui avons fait remarquer, il a déclaré « si les autres notaires ne savent pas compter, ce n’est pas de ma faute! » et a refusé d’appliquer la loi en vigueur. Un courrier sera envoyé également à la chambre des notaires. Si je peux vous donner un conseil, tournez vous vers un autre notaire. Profiter d’une famille en deuil, c’est du joli!!!
